A
1. Lengthen your whole body ,your neck + chin up , shoulder row down.
extend your arms long and lean and form a "V "shape 
2. Lift up one leg ( R/L) point your toes. supporting leg firm and butt tight / firm , strong quadriceps ,toes ,ball and heel of your foot press to the ground.
3.Now focus and inhale through your nose  




B
1.Exhale through your mouth , keep your abs tight and draw your elbows down and raise your lifted leg higher nearly touch your chest / stomach .
2.Keep your chest open , and upper back flat, extend your deltoid , squeeze your biceps & extend your triceps .


C
1. Inhale , then extend your arms and lifted leg to the back and lengthen your arms (squeeze biceps , triceps extend )  + lifted leg ,like you are trying to tighten the rope .
2.Exhale then repeat from  A > B> C 
Repeat 8 times for  each side .
