1. Come down on your knees (fold a towel/ fold your mat to protect your knees
) 2. Lengthen your torso ,lift up your arms , sustain well, neck long ,chin up, shoulder down . 





B
1.Lift up one arm and point up straight.

C
1. Keep your body up, inhale and move forward 
, exhale and return to picture B .



Today's workout is very simple but effective , happy workout :)
