              CATTOCKLATES MCO 2.0 KNEE LIFT 

1. Stand straight and tall. shoulder down , ribs and belly lift up and tuck-in your tummy 
and bottom down ( firm and tight )
2. Hands over your hips ,extend one leg ( R/L) to the front, point your toes. 

3. Lift up the front leg( R/L)- hips height , tighten , lengthen your torso , shoulder row down and head up ,chin up
. Supporting leg firm and strong, and remember to squeeze your butt tight .
4.Draw your leg to the side , extend inner thigh and keep pointing your toes ( point to the ground )

5. Inhale - lift up your knee 
Exhale - lower your leg
Repeat for 16 times.
X 3 rounds 
(Repeat on the other side )
