PREPARATION 
1.stand on two legs, slowly extend (R/L) one leg to the back .( you can bend your supporting leg and feel firm over your quadriceps and firm up your butt)
2. If your supporting leg is RIGHT leg extend your LEFT leg to the back and also extend your Left arm to the front, (long and lean ) bicep alongside your ear. Lengthen your RIGHT arm and point to your 3 o'clock .

MOVEMENT 
1. Lift your extended leg (LEFT LEG ) up towards the sky/ ceiling .
Do remember to keep your ABS tight and inhale lift up , exhale lower your leg ( in= up, out= lower) stay focus and concentrate . And at the same time keep your arms long and lean and stretch your muscle.
3. If you are wearing a smart watch set your timer to 1 minute and repeat the movement as many times as you can within 1 minute. 
After 1 minute ,take a short break approximately 15 sec / 30sec then switch leg / arm and repeat another 1 minute.
TRY TO PERFORM 3 rounds of each side .
